Micro-Markets
A micro-market is an unmanned, self-service retail space offering fresh food, snacks, beverages, and even personal items, providing an open-shelf grab and go experience paired with a self-checkout kiosk, mobile payment app, or smart cooler technology. Think of it as a mini convenience store right in your breakroom, stocked with fresh sandwiches, salads, wraps, snacks, beverages, and more. Micro-markets work best in buildings with 150 or more people and require approximately 150 square feet of space, making them ideal for larger office environments and Class A buildings looking to offer a premium amenity.
